康夫ちゃんは中国に対しても
一方的にガス田開発を進める中国に対して
中間線を認めさせることで日本の領海という言質を取り、
共同開発ということにして
「お互いに合意しない限り開発は再開しない」
って協定も結ばせた。
中国はガス田開発を認められた形ではあるが、
協定により開発の再開ができなかった。

康夫ちゃんは名は取らせたが実は取らせなかった。

ところが民主党は政権交代した途端に
岡田克也が外務大臣として外務省に
それまで毎日のように監視・撮影して公開していたガス田の航空写真を
一般国民はおろか野党議員にも開示するなと通達を出して
中国が協定を破ってガス田を開発を再開したことを隠した。
それだけじゃなく共同開発は出資比率に応じてガスの掘削権があり、
それの半分以上を日本が取っていたんだが、
これも岡田克也が一方的に日本側の出資比率をその１／３以下に減らす事を
中国側に提案して実行しやがった。
