一応日本国内の外資系で働いていた者としての意見だが、日本ではToDoリストを作っても、自分の仕事が終わったら同じプロジェクト内で仕事の滞っている人から、仕事を一部引き取って負荷分散することが多いので、あまり意味が無い上に仕事の能率の早い人ほど結果的に仕事が集中することになる

ToDoリストを有無が問題なのじゃなく、日本的な仕事の仕方に問題があると思う
